Great assistance from Twainda

Good day , the group I joined Momentum Health4me through , terminated my membership at above , so I forwarded the email I received to Bloom that represents Momentum Health4me as I wanted to continue with my membership . I was contacted by Twainda at Bloom and she assisted me in this regard , however I agreed to a higher package , and after some consideration I realised that I would not be able to afford it . The next day I sent an email concerning this and Twainda called me minutes afterwards and assisted me with a package that fits my budget . This whole process was made so easy and the prompt and friendly service I got was amazing . One more thing is the way she would stop talking and listen to a question if I had one , this does not often happen as callers sometimes just race through their procedure.
