I was assisted by a lady called Lusanda. The over the phone consultation was extremely helpful for me. I had so many areas that I wanted some clarity on, Lusanda did not show a slight sign of impatience, she took me through in detail for each clarity I needed, so humble and patient from Lusanda at times the English vocab is lost and I end up using some vernac, that lady didn't complain. It is such consultants like Lusanda that make our stay with Bloom services and easy one whereupon one is assured that upon encountering any problems I'll be serviced by such humble and patient consultants hence we keep our loyalty with Bloom services Regards
