First experience in January 2025 was atrocious to say the list, pity I’ve forgotten the name of the person who helped me ( maybe you can trace on your phone records) BUT Simphiwe Zulu was fantastic. Within 30 minutes she solved an issue that has been there for two months, unresolved! Kudos to her 👍, she is my superstar today! Praise should be given where it is due 👍👍👍👍
