Finally, customer service from a health related company! No struggling with layers of online apps and multiple passwords (I think you know who I am talking about).How refreshing! I would also like to mention Shayen Bissessu who responded to my initial enquiries with excellent service and professionalism as well as the lady who responded by phone 5 minutes after sending an email.
