I contacted to Bloom as I wanted to change my medical aid. From the first call the whole experience was excellent! The consultant I spoke with was friendly, helpful and she had a very good knowledge of the product. She took time to answer all my questions and queries that I had. Within 1 week, I received my new membership pack including my membership card. With my previous medical aid, I had to phone about 5 times and waited almost 7 months to get my medical aid card!
