Double debit

I’d like to praise Charlie Parmissar on the fantastic level of service I received from her today regarding an issue I had with a double debit which was an error on their side , it was rectified almost immediately and the phone call was a pleasant one throughout! Thank you for the assistance and id really appreciate it if you could run a course on customer service for others to learn from because you are the example of what customer service delivery is !
