Doctor referred me to a radiology and before I went I called into the call center to find out if the insurance will pay and I was advised that if im referred by the networkGP they will pay. To my surprise I am getting notifications that I owe the radiologist . I call in to get assistance again from bloom and the agent I spoke to promised to get details and call me back, I have yet received the call and it’s been 24 hours.
