Customers treated like Dogs.

Horrible experience ,I called a few times to take a medical aid ,I was sent from pillar to post ,finally someone called me ,a very rude lady ,I asked her to give me a correct number to call since I was getting cut off ,she rudely told me that she's the one that called me as if she was doing me a favour ,she transferred me to another medical advisor who was even more arrogant ,talking over me and not allowing me to ask questions ,I told her to get someone else to call me since she was not so keen helping ,no one came back to me .You treat customer's like DOGS .
