Consultants need better training

The consultant that called me had no idea what she was talking about.

First of all she called me and said "thank you for calling Bloom how may I help you?" But she's the one who called me.

Secondly I asked her how to apply for my son's chronic meds to get delivered to me she tells me fill out a whole new chronic form and submit it which was incorrect because be was already accepted and registered under chronic. All I had to do was send my script to *** and they contacted me via call and everything got sorted very quick and efficiently.

You consultants need proper training and proper professionalism when dealing with customers.
