Change of Surname

The lady I dealt with today was fantastic. She managed to resolve this issue of my surname within 30 minutes. She asked for the info she needed, once provided the issue was solved. The previous one whom I spoke with in January 2025, gave me a substandard treatment…. and never resolved the issue till today, two months down the line. He/she will cost the company its reputation.
