CERTAIN POINTS NOT DISCLOSED

The consultant I spoke to failed to inform me that my first debit order would be a once off payment of R1115 at the beginning of Sept and not the R800 odd rand (apologies I forgot the exact amount). I was also not informed that it would be deducted on the 1st of October & not September which is the reason why it was returned. This problem has now been resolved and moved up one month. Therefore please ensure your consultants inform future clients and not leave them in the dark because it causes extra bank fees that I can ill afford as a SASSA pensioner. Other than that I was completely satisfied with the prompt & professional service provided.
