I had the pleasure of consulting with Callene from Blooms for medical aid.
An absolute pleasure, informative, professional, caring, sincere who answered and searched for every possible answer for the questions i asked. Attentive with the perfect attitude businesses need today. as call center's these day's, sound like they doing us a favor. She explained the difference between Insurance and Medical Aid an area that goes unexplained to the illiterate and senior citizens. Every organization needs people like Callene, who value potential customers.
