Bloom is still affordable and their whatsapp service gives timeous responses. Some of the improvements they need to concentrate on are standalone hospitalization plans which lower premius even further.As compared to comprehensive plans a hospitalization plan where patients pay own consultation fees at GPs and medical insurances take care of all hospital bills would be cheaper and attractive to members of the society
