I had a swift, professional experience with Simphiwe today. She was very knowledgeable about the product and services answering every question with sound direct advice and information. I was pleasantly surprised as I expected to wait for a while in the queue and barely had the teleprompter finished and she was on the line! I am very pleased to know my health is in good hands with Bloom H4Me when I need them. I can’t afford a medical aid but medical insurance has proven to be affordable and sufficient for my needs.
