I had an issue with my medical aid and I was assisted by Hlakanipho Mkhize. He always made sure to get back to me with feedback and was a good listener to the problem. He was able to resolve it and I would definitely refer anyone I know to Health4me. He is a great customer service consultant and I felt secure that my problem would be resolved.
