At first it was difficult for me to get through to the direct department, but once I did, I had an excellent representative assisting me, Shaad Alli
At first it was difficult for me to get through to the direct department, but once I did, I had an excellent representative assisting me, Shaad Alli. He was attentive to everything I asked and very thorough. He followed up even after our phone call had finished which was incredibly appreciated. I felt valued because of this follow up.
