My secobd call to BLOOM was directed to Stephanie who listen patiently to tge reason for my call and advised accordingly. She immediately sent me an email with information to address my need. When I was done I reported to the customer are email and wirhin minutes she called me to confirm that the problem was dolved and required documents issued. She was very polite and professional in her interactions with me. I appreciate her for the service I received.
