Apologies I forgot the name of the person who was helping me but he was very patient with me and explained everything to step by step. I'm currently relaxed knowing that my policy scheme that they helped active with momentum will continue working for me, I've been using it for years under my previous employer and now I just wanted to continue with it without any interruption.
