Two months ago I took out an insurance policy with bloom and the experience was amazing.

I was contacted recently by a young lady named simphiwe as their records showed that I hadn't yet registered on my new policy profile. She too was brilliant, very patient as she assisted me to download the app, register and login. Talked me through the entire process with such ease of knowledge, caring and understanding.
