Bloom in Northcliff is trying to pass of an inferior product as high-class

As a blogger, a writer and a thoughtful person I like to write good stories. But sometimes we need to write about the unpleasant things. There is nothing more annoying than a business that tries to pass off as high-class when they are in fact incapable. This is the story of @bloomlaserandwax #bloomlaserandwax I booked an appointment with the salon in Northcliff. They are next to Sorbet and I usually go to Sorbet but this time around I noticed the red and white that is their branding and I thought, let me try it. Their prices are a bit lower than Sorbet so I thought, if the quality is good why not. I was doing my nails on the eve of my trip to Rome where I was going to deliver an important talk. I chose the soft gel tips which were done by the owner of @bloomlaserandwax #bloomlaserandwax . Within a day I realised that I didn't like them, they were not smooth.. the base coat had formed a hard lumpy surface. The lady who did the nails painted over the lumpy surface. Needless to say, the nails were thick, and the art work was ugly. I went back the next day and another lady repainted over the thick lumpy surface. I travelled to Rome, feeling unsure especially after parting with R470 for dubious nails. Within a week the soft gel tips fell off 😂😅 I had to spend the rest of my trip with half done nails. After coming back and complaining, I went in again this time for a simple gel overlay. The gel overlay started peeling within a day. @bloomlaserandwax #bloomlaserandwax is usually empty, unlike Sorbet across the street and now I know why. They are ***********, poorly trained, they don't even know how to cure the nails or stick the soft gel tips. They are trying to pass themselves off as sophisticated and high-class but in fact they are ordinary, common and untalented. They are defensive , don't care about customer satisfaction and they will serve you Ricoffy. Can someone tell them that, Ricoffy is not coffee.. Save yourself money. I'm almost certain that there is someone out there with a similar experience, if so, call them out. So they offered me a new gel overlay 😂😂😂 What do you think? is it worth the time?
