Blommeland not delivering prize won

We won a prize from an sms competition on Facebook from a page called Blommeland. They keep giving excuses and blaming TOYSRUS for non delivery then requested banking details so they could pay us to go buy the electric quad. Since then nothing has been received and they are no longer responding to any communication.
