Post Covid Ripoff

Not happy that they have a flat rate of 300 to fix any appliance and they ask for a non refundable deposit of 150 and they are not willing to negotiate. My microwave stopped heating and to have it fixed came to just over 700 for 2 parts. I feel ******.
