Dont buy in or next to The BLOK developments

Never in my life have I ever ever ever had a more shocking experience with a developer. The best part is I didn’t event buy one of their properties. Long story short. I live in the building next to one of the newest developments in Sea Point. While building, the amount of damage done to my car and husbands car is a joke. Bricks dropped, cement sprayed, paint left and that is just to mention a few points. A YEAR later I am still calling THEM for updates on the claim and to say they are *********** is an understatement. The Blok is an embarrassment, a cop out, cut corners to sell quick but follow NO protocol when it comes to proper work and precautions. GOOD LUCK to those buying, can’t even begin to imagine the state of what your unit will end up in. Just because you are ‘big’ in the industry doesn’t mean you can act like an asshole.
