Arrogant (and greedy) developers in Sea Point

I have emailed this development company numerous times w.r.t. their absolute disregard for residents and business owners adjacent to their construction sites. As Blok did not feel the need to respond to me at all, I have taken to the public arena to express my anger. They are developing high-density blocks in the midst of this already-densely-populated area. The site across the road where The Duchess of Wisbeach used to be is a daily nightmare of noise and dust - affecting our quality of living - as well as our businesses. The developers did not ONCE think of distributing flyers to the surrounding blocks and businesses - warning us about the scale of noise - and providing a timeline for us. They could even have put some timeline info up on their site-surround besides pictures promoting their idea of a carefree lifestyle in Sea Point. Our sewerage and water grid in Sea Point is old and already not coping with the load. Now Blok's developments boast MICRO-STUDIO apartments - starting at 22 metres square - to further add to this pressure. Where will it end.....?
