Do not make use of them!

The contractor was fully paid, but he has not completed the building project. We have tried to contact him personally, and through a lawyer, but no luck. His lawyer also informed us that he has not heard from him. We have received a letter from his lawyer saying he will finish the work, but that was in January and still nothing has happened. His work was rejected twice by the building inspector on our property. He has received all his money, but has not pitch up to finish his work.
