Horrible food and extreme rude management

Last night was our seven year anniversary, and we though we would like to try something new, that was a bad decision. We had the buffet, half the buffet was unavailable (no mention made of this when we booked), the chicken pie had clumps of uncooked saga, the baboti was burnt through, and the rest of the buffet left alot to be desired. We brought this to the attention of the gm and alleged owner (so we were told) who acknowledge that the food was burnt and the chicken pie wasn't cooked properly (not the first time after speaking to friends). This gm was extremely rude to us, told us to pay and go else where as this wasn't the restaurant for us. I have never been spoken to like this before from someone in the service industry and found it highly unprofessional. <div class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; color: #141823; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; line-height: 19.32px; background-color: #ffffff;"> The waiters have not been trained properly either, as basic service know how was not been followed, including taking our half finished drink when we got up to go to the buffet. This restaurant has the potential to be lovely, as the have the view, but with the attitude of the gm (of which im still in shock) it is no wonder that a restaurant seating 200- 300 people, had only three table of a Friday night at the beginning of the month. So after ruining our anniversary night, i am highly disgusted with this restaurant and will not recommend it to anyone. </div>
