Unhappy customer

Today we celebrated a birthday and for most it was our first experience at the venue, big disappointment. Venue is beautiful but service was slow, to little staff for amount of tables to be served. Food took about a hour to come out, drinks took long, food came out cold and for the money you spend, needing to season food for flavour is bad. A table of 12 only 2 guest enjoyed their meal. Then to receive a bill and a 15 percent had been added on already was even more upsetting after the bad experience. Not a venue I will visit again
