Bad at timing and communication

We are not from Bloem. Phoned for a taxi back to the guest house, we have waited for more than a hour. We phone the taxi company and all they could say is that the guy is on his way 30 more minutes, and then suddenly 10 more min. After an hour and a half still 10 more minutes to wait.

Will never use this company again.
