Disappointing and unprofessional service.

The auto electrician who assisted us was rude and dismissive throughout the process. We were given an initial diagnosis that later proved to be incorrect, and the vehicle remains faulty. When we sought clarification, no clear or direct answers were provided. Instead, the explanation was reduced to assumptions rather than proper testing, and we were told that too many questions were being asked. This lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability left us with no resolution and no confidence in the service provided. I would not recommend based on this experience.
