Poor customer service
Two ladies who worked at Bloed Mall toilets denied my 9 year old son to pee, he couldn't hold himself anymore, they said he is a man so he should pay R3 because even at school he pays school fees. Centre management need to intervene to correct such poor customer service.

The conditions of the toilets are very bad they will make employees sick
I am new employee at one of the stores in bloed mall Pretoria CBD I am not happy with the conditions of the toilets they are not hygienic they smell so bad.
