Blocoutdoor - Horrible customer service still waiting for credit note

I ordered outdoor patio furniture and was told that the lead time for delivery is between 4-6 weeks till furniture is delivered. I waited for 8 weeks till my furniture was somewhat delivered. I got delivered the wrong furniture and I sent out an email to query and was given an excuse regarding the wrong delivery. I then didn't get what I ordered BUT then swoped out for something else which was cheaper than initial order. The order was delivered a week later than promised. Now I've been sending out emails to get my credit note sorted and no one is answering my emails. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Too many promises and they ignore the client once there are issues with the order.
