Horrific supplier
Contracted to build our home. They ran over on time, duplicate billed us, did not pay suppliers and eventually deserted site. They have left us with a massive debt, a structurally unsound roof, bathrooms all need to be redone, leaking plumbing in walls, ******* plumbing installations and the list goes on.

13 May 2024, 11:38Dear Dr Jenny, the delay in construction was due to late progress payments from you. You also took occupation of the home before we could attend to the snags you mention but we were then refused access to the property when our final payment for R634 110.46 became due.
We have tried to settle this matter, complete the snags and recover our outstanding debt with our last correspondence being October 2022. The outstanding amount was subsequently been written off and all our suppliers have been paid.
Blockhouse is still fully committed to assist you and you are welcome to make contact with us through formal channels as set out in our construction contract.
