Terrible service

Bitcoin is not reflecting even though the transaction has been confirmed. Opened up a support ticket over 7 days ago with no response. Have found hundreds of similar complaints on their FB page. Terrible service and would highly recommend to stay away from using Blockchain.com.

I have proof of everything. If anyone has managed to find a way to get feedback from their wallet support team please reach out to me.
