Pathetic service

I downloaded the app to buy bitcoin. I transferred money to my Blockchain but after several days the app keep giving me the "insufficient funds" message.

I messaged the support team after a long battle to try and get the correct email address to communicate with them. Then I received a reply that I must contact them from the email address I registered with. Which I did in the first place and they have sent my registration emails to the very same email account.

Then I started online support via facebook and the consultant advised me to transfer another amount so they could fix the problem. Stupid me trusted them and did it. Still the consultant could not fix the problem and till now I cannot even use my app.

I requested a refund and a week later they cannot provide me with proof of refunding my money.

Pathetic service. Am I ever going to get my money back?
