Blockchain negligence and incompetence

Blockchain paid nearly $55 000 or ZAR785 400 into the WRONG account in February 2021. We have all the proof that we specifically instructed them to pay it to the correct account, and yet they still paid it to the wrong account. We have been sending mails since February and all they say is contact our legal authorities. Due to their incompetency, negligence and their mistake, we have been waiting for this money and they just reply with "contact your legal authorities." They just refuse to pay the money! We need help. They seem to be completely untouchable.
