RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!

On Sunday the 24th, My family and i decided to go get movies from Blockbusters in Boksburg (the square). This is our first and last time hiring DVD's from you as your staff are UNPLEASANT to deal with. Rude, no respect and NOT helpful at all. No wonder DVD stores are dying business. If you staff cannot help and greet customers with a smile or ask nicely to go get the correct DVD cover do you really think you will have customers coming back? I think not.

I am really disturbed about this - I just thought you should know.
