I rented 5 dvd's for 5 days - due back at 1pm today. At 08:40 I phone to say I want to renew them for another 5 days. <br> <br> \No Sir - you need to come into the store and physically renew them"<br> <br> Really? this is 2015 and I cannot renew over the phone? This from an industry on its last legs - in about 3 years time there will be no Blockbusters and quite frankly they deserve it - they have failed to transform with the times.<br> <br> ps: Plumstead branch staff rude as well"
