Head Office Promises that don't happen???

I took a contract out at Douglasdale Blockbusters only to receive some time later an sms saying branch had closed. Full unused contract to be transferred at Lonehill. Then told Lonehill will not do this. Called DANNY at head office. Promised to get details and organize my full refund. Sent him two emails. No response. Called again. Told he would call me back after speaking to ex owner of store. Received call from ROBERTO the new OP MNGR. He promised me full refund. asked me to email bank details. I did immediately. Nothing happened. I sent email last week again. Still no response. Called his office now and told he was not available. Left another message. Blockbusters closed a store without warning the current customers while holding their money. Head Office promised me my refund and even confirmed amount due to me. Now it seems they are ducking and diving. Unprofessional not to respond to messages and emails, let alone ********* to renege or delay their promise to refund. Very disappointed.
