customer service that makes you feel like an inconveniencinconvenience

<p>I am actually ashamed in admitting to being a regular customer at blockbusters Lonehilll. After the service I received today I can confidently say I will never step foot into their store again. Being a series buff I called in advance to find out if they have a particular series. After 11 attempts where no one answered I figured they must be busy so I decided to drive down there and ask for it in person. When I got there, there were no customers and the two ladies working there were blatantly ignoring the phone. I walked up to the desk and greeted them to with I got no response. I asked them if they had the series they were looking for. They just gave me a no without lifting as much as a finger. I then asked her to check in the system to which I got a stinking attetude, a ride no and they then proceded to ignore me and start their own conversation. I actually left the store feeling increadibly unwelcome and I felt like I was nothing more than an inconvenience interupting the naps they were taking behind the counter when I got there. </p>
