Local Business Owners Exposed.

This local business situated in Tzaneen was started by a couple. Leigh-ann and George Smith. They do woodwork. I ordered a bed base and headboard from them end of Oct 2017 only to receive the base as incomplete in Nov 207. Many promises were made to have it finished and excuses over Dec 2017 as to why they could not come out and finish the job. Later on they made a promise to have a new base made and delivered the 15th January 2018. That day came and they told me they were on their way to deliver it.. turns out that was a lie and the bed base was never made. They said they will refund me my money. So Since the 15th of January I have been waiting for my refund. It is now the 9th of March 2018. They have so many excuses, and now they lost their house, but in the meantime, the lady has a job and they have moved into another house. But now she is ignoring my messages and I see she deleted their facebook page because I gave them a bad review. but because of the bad review i gave, another lady messaged me and said she is in the same situation with those people. They were supposed to refund her as her product is not right. So i just wonder how many other people they owe money to and if this is how they do business, then everyone should know about it. It is disgusting to say the least. I will fight till i have my money back.
