Radiology Department

In August 2021, I had some x-rays done and Block & Partners Morningside Clinic. As in the past, patients were given a hard copy of the x-rays for their records. A digital copy is now sent to the doctors rooms directly, and therefore the patient is NOT given a copy for their records. I have just requested a hard copy of my x-rays and was told that I must pay for the copy. This is absolute nonsense, as I originally paid for these x-rays way back in August 2021, but never received a copy for my records. No that I have asked for one, I must pay once again. Absolutely nonsense and a total *******.
