Useless and expensive product.

Bloc Shop ottoman/mattress is rock-hard. It is not fit for sleeping at all. If you want an ottoman, there are much better and cheaper options because this product cannot be used as a mattress. Customer service is appalling. They only accept refunds within 72 hours (sounds like they don't want to give customers enough time to test the product). Not to mention just rude interaction with the contact person, who did not express any concern about me being unhappy with the product.
