Bad service

I've ordered blocks from BlocShop SA and according to their website, they deliver within 14 days. After 14 days, I tried to contact them telephonically to find out how long I still needed to wait, but I didn't get any feedback. I then sent an inquiry on their website, as they said they "please fill out the form to contact us and we will get back to you right away." After 20 days, I'm still waiting for their reply.

I try to phone the but only reach their voice mail. They don't phone back.
