‼️ Stay away ‼️ Unprofessional, and Rude.

The experience was disappointing. We had booked an appointment in advance, but no one was present at the reception desk when we arrived. Two staff members were occupied with clients, seemingly unaware of our presence. After our scheduled appointment time, I notified the older stylist, who acknowledged our appointment curtly. Following a further 15-minute wait, we chose to leave, and I noticed the stylist engaged in conversation outside, staring in our direction.

Don't waist your time.
