Poor service.

Had the worst experience at BLK Wonderpark today,the service there is poor and the manager couldn’t even care less....asked for a virgin ****tail and was given the opposite of what I asked for(mind you I am heavily pregnant) was then later served a very cold ribs and wings platter..The manager was present and witnessed all of this with no care in the world.
