Pathetic service - think twice before ordering

Placed an order 19 April 2024 - its been well over the 10-12 days for delivery. There’s been NO communication and It’s Impossible to get feedback with regards to delivery/tracking number - They do not answer customer emails - but this is the only way to reach them! Please give me an update on my order - #7235.
