World of Warcraft Update won't initialize

My game keeps getting stuck on updating. I have had to unstall and reinstall the game several times. This is over 100GB download each time. It is exhausting and frustrating and I pay a lot to play this game. Why can't someone help me. And yes I have tried all the tips online on how to get the game to work. Not one does anything.
