****mers or just bad business, not sure...

I ordered and paid for perfume from them on 9 December 2023. After no communication or receipt of an order number I started trying to contact them. After many unfruitful attempts I was promised on 13 Dec 2023 that of I hadn't received my order by the next week they would refund me in full. Still nothing a week later and I enquired again. I was told to contact the order processor who promised that my goods would be sent out by 8 January 2024. Again nothing. Order processor has since ignored my attempts at communication. Finally got the company to agree to refund me in middle Jan 2024 after more let downs. As of today 2 February 2024 no refund has been received and they have since ignored my attempts at communication AGAIN. I will add that when I ordered off their website it showed that the goods I ordered were in stock. However, upon enquiry about my order not being received yet,I was told that they were still waiting for stock to arrive. I can't figure out if they are ****mers or of they're just a spectacularly bad business.
