My wife got the best lessons and preparation for natural birth. We got a midwife(God's angel, Shereen) on call to walk us through the breathing exercise and massages when my wife's labour started. She was on call with us almost every hour from 9 pm - 6am. It was very scary as a first time Father, but she was a calming force. Long story short, our birth was a miracle, short and easy. We gave birth in the car on our way to the Birthing Unit. Our midwife(God's angel) still calmed us. Got there and all the angels(midwives) came as heroes, professional to complete the birthing. They are an amazing team is all I can say.

They give you the right diet, exercise, and preparation for natural delivery if you follow them. They have a very nice relationship with their clients, that's just from being around them and other pregnant women. Very supportive too. Easy birthing, Blissful birth. The name speaks for itself.
