Severely burnt by MAQ Powder Soap

I got burnt by the MAQ Washing Powder that i used on Friday. This Powder burnt my skin like somebody that was burnt by an acid or something more than an acid. I then called the manufacturer and spoke to Sylvia and sent her the photos of myself. She then sent me an email that I must go to the Doctor and they will cover all the expenses. I went to the Doctor and the Doctor gave me a prescription and I advised Sylvia that I cannot afford to pay for the prescription so she advised that I get a quote from the chemist. I went to the chemist and advised them of my situation and they told me that they do not give quotes but they gave me the full amount of the medication which I then advised Sylvia. I sent her the bill from the Doctor which R474 plus the R215 for the injection that I got from the doctor and told her that the medicine will be R424 from Dischem. She then came back and told me that her manager told her that I am allergic to their soap which i have been using for the past years and still have the soap in my house so then they will only cover for the consultation only and nothing else. I suffered a lot from these burns and I am still in pain from the burns that I got from their soap and that is what they told me. The doctor booked me off for the next 2 days due to the severity of the burns and that is what I get from them. I am supposed to go again to the Doctor on Friday and they are treating me like *****.

I am looking for a platform where I can inform the people or warn people on how dangerous this soap can be
